Terms of Service
Last updated September 8, 2026
In short
- Nothing on this website is legal advice. It is general information about how a service works.
- This page covers the website. The agreement that governs building and paying for documents lives in the application, and you accept it there.
- Prices here are current as of the date above. The price you pay is the one the application shows you before you pay it.
- Notarization and deed recording are carried out by partner services under their own terms.
Nothing here is legal advice
These pages explain what a Revocable Living Trust does, what a Last Will and Testament does, and how our process runs from questionnaire to signed document. That is general information.
It is not advice about your family, your property or your state. Estate law differs from state to state, and small details change outcomes. If your situation is contested, or it involves a blended family, a business, a beneficiary with special needs, or property in more than one state, talk to an attorney licensed where you live before you rely on anything written here.
MyEstateAngel is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, and using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Our documents are reviewed by a licensed law firm. That review covers the templates themselves, not your individual circumstances. If your situation is more involved, for example a business you own, property in more than one state, a blended family, or a beneficiary who needs a special needs trust, talk to an attorney licensed in your state.
What this website is
This website describes a service. You cannot create, sign or store a document on it.
That happens in our application at app.myestateangel.com. The application presents its own agreement, and using it means accepting that agreement. Where the two documents disagree about the service, the one in the application governs.
Prices
We publish prices so you can plan rather than guess. They are current as of the date at the top of this page and they can change.
What you pay is what the application shows you before payment. The plan cards on our homepage set out which parts are priced separately, notarization and the property deed transfer among them, and recording fees are set by your county rather than by us.
Partner services
Remote online notarization, and the preparation and recording of property deeds, are carried out by partner services rather than by us directly.
When your plan reaches that stage, the partner’s terms and privacy notice govern that part of the work. We tell you before you get there, and the handover is not something that happens quietly in the background.
Using this website
Read it, print it, share links to it. All welcome.
Do not try to break into it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or lift its text and illustrations into a competing service.
Our content
The text, illustrations, logo and layout of this website are ours. Quote a short passage with a link back if it is useful to you. Republishing whole pages, or reusing the illustrations, needs written permission.
Links to other sites
We link outward where it helps. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they say or do.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We keep this website accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them. We do not promise that every page is complete, current in every detail, or right for your circumstances. Legal requirements change and a page can lag behind them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from relying on general information published here instead of advice about your own situation, or from the site being briefly unavailable. Nothing in this paragraph limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
When this page changes
The date at the top updates by itself whenever the text is edited, so it stays honest about how current these terms are. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
